Cuisine was experienced from around the world in our 6 week Cultural Cuisine cooking classes. The 6 week course had participants enjoying cooking traditions from around the world including Persia, India, Ukraine, Scotland, and Mexico. One of the highlights was the Mexican Night with a Mexican folkloric dance showcase and delicious food including tacos, guacamoles, and salsa. While waiting for the meal, participants played Spanish Bingo and learned a few Spanish words. Great food, conversations, new recipes, cultural sensations, new friends – everyone enjoyed it!
